Tinto have just completed preliminary designs for a 7 figure extension, modernisation and re-clad of a facility in the North of the city for a Global Oil and Gas Company.

Upon agreement of terms a full planning application will be lodged in the summer with a projected site start come Autumn. The project proves that new isn’t always best and that through a comprehensive consultation with our client and developing a modern workplace strategy that often existing buildings can be given a fresh lease of life.

The building will utilise the latest in cladding from Kingspan allowing us to over clad and insulate the building whilst giving the impression it is effectively a new build!!
