Working with developer clients, we completed three luxury apartments at 148 Union Street, Aberdeen.
This project is an example of everything city centre living in the Granite City should be, and the attention to detail and willingness of our client to work with, respect and absolutely deliver a magnificent restoration project is something we are very proud of.

Revitalising a grand old granite building – a former bank – all started with assisting the developer in acquiring planning permission, listed building consent and building warrant approval. During the planning and design phases, we also brought their vision of the conversion to life through our CAD 3D visualisation service – a powerful tool for showing the possibilities at hand.
Elegantly decorated and beautifully furnished, this project is proof that with the right mindset, good design and attention to detail there is plenty of life in the city's famous granite buildings. We hope this work shows the guardians of our city’s built heritage that a modern and collaborative approach to refurbishment can accelerate the city centre redevelopment and secure its future.
