Having identified the former Grandholm Mill as a potentially quirky site for a new office, award-winning agency AVC Media asked TINTO to work with them to help realise a vision set out by CEO Spencer Buchan.
The former mill having been previously used as a restaurant provided the ideal canvas for something special. Working with Spencer and his team we "co-created" something we are very proud of.

An architectural challenge with exciting space-planning and interior design possibilities – the collaboration with a fellow creative outfit was a rewarding and insightful experience across the board. We managed to retain the most distinctive features of the existing building, skilfully integrating a modern, fresh and functional working environment that truly inspires.
