Our brief for fitting out their office space was to create a true reflection of the Russell Gibson brand – reflecting the culture, underpinning core values for staff, demonstrating them to clients and ultimately offering a range of functional and attractive spaces for business, entertainment and leisure.

On the ground floor we created a customer facing suite of meeting rooms that now allow them to meet with clients confidentially and collectively, as well as a reception and greeting area that was both relaxed and in keeping with the original character of the building
As well as refurbishing the entire building, the other main area of focus was making the most of the basement and creating a social hub that could be used as an area for the teams to get together less formally, and double up as a client entertainment space with a little bit of "wow"!
The inviting ground floor space communicates Russell Gibson's brand values and professionalism, and is a beautiful blend of traditional architecture with modern accents.
Downstairs in the basement, we have made good use of the space to create a really welcoming and unique environment that allows the business to continue to build their fun and collaborative culture.
