JUNIPER PLACE GETS PLANNING!

We are delighted to announce we have just received planning permission for a unique dwelling at Juniper Place in Portlethen.

Our design challenges the boundaries of what is possible in terms of new housing and we hope inspires others to try something different.

The 4 bedroom dwelling has the primary accommodation on the access level but incorporates a cleverly designed basement to allow ample living space but working within the height constraints placed on the original approval granted by Aberdeenshire Council.
