148 Union Street
Working with developer clients, we completed three luxury apartments at 148 Union Street, Aberdeen.
This project is an example of everything city centre living in the Granite City should be, and the attention to detail and willingness of our client to work with, respect and absolutely deliver a magnificent restoration project is something we are very proud of.
Revitalising a grand old granite building – a former bank – all started with assisting the developer in acquiring planning permission, listed building consent and building warrant approval. During the planning and design phases, we also brought their vision of the conversion to life through our CAD 3D visualisation service – a powerful tool for showing the possibilities at hand.
