Old Mill of Monquich
We were approached by our client to assist with their lovely historic mill property after it had suffered significant flooding. Our initial focus was on developing a strong civil engineering solution to mitigate the risk of future flooding and protect the integrity of the building.
Once this essential groundwork was completed, we turned our attention to refurbishing the affected areas, creating a design that complimented the unique character of this property.
