We're currently hard at work on the transformation of a venue in the beautiful coastal Scottish town of Oban.
TINTO were approached by the client to fulfil their vision of revitalising this existing inn property into a cocktail bar, sushi restaurant and boutique hotel with 8 keys.

Tones & Textures for Boutique Appeal
The opportunity to start with essentially a 'blank canvas' has been key to this project, and co-creating with the client has been a stimulating and exciting process.
The existing inn property was in need of refurbishment, and the aesthetic vision for this new era has combined elements of art deco and more contemporary styles, featuring a variety of tones and material textures.
Mood board work during the ideation phase has helped solidify this approach and allowed for valuable client input at key stages.
Reception, Bedrooms, Dining & Washrooms
Each distinct area has been carefully planned — a cohesive system that emphasises luxury, comfort and a connection to the wild beauty of Oban's world-renowned coastline.
Patterns, fabrics, artwork and natural elements emphasise all of the above, creating a stimulating, welcoming and high-end venue for drinks, dining and overnight stays.
